Freedom's Path Dublin: Permission to Occupy Building 35 and New Building!

May 29, 2024 Freedom's Path Dublin, a 50-unit Veteran housing development for homeless and disabled U.S. military Veterans, is over 95% complete!

Freedom's Path Dublin consists of the historic preservation of two existing historic structures, Building 34 and Building 35, to produce 44 1-bedroom and efficiency units in addition to a new construction building housing 6 2-bedroom units. Building 35 and the new construction building have both received Permission to Occupy. We have finally reached a major milestone in completing this development.

A soft open is anticipated within the next 30 days. There are still a number of inspections that will need to take place over the next couple of weeks before we will officially move the first Veteran in. An official Ribbon Cutting is in the works to celebrate this wonderful achievement.
